Top of streetlight has been knocked off. The user entered the address: 1 west 4th street.

The city street sweeper recently dumped a load of hydraulic oil on Putnam, Elwood, and Common Streets. Massive amounts of kitty litter did not remove the oil. The streets need to be pressure washed or steam cleaned to remove the heavy oil stains 🚜
